GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE NOTICE
Status: Emergency Worldwide Maintenance
Classification: Critical Security Response
Affected Infrastructure: TIER 1 & TIER 2 Environments
We are currently conducting a coordinated worldwide maintenance operation across our global infrastructure following the identification of a security vulnerability impacting portions of our TIER 1 and TIER 2 server environments.
At this time, our investigation indicates:
- ✅ Confidential and DoD Compliant environments were NOT affected
- ✅ No unauthorized access to customer databases has been detected
- ✅ All sensitive data remains encrypted and protected
- ✅ Containment and mitigation procedures were immediately initiated
Additionally, the PRN1 Node has been placed into Maintenance Mode alongside multiple supporting systems as preventative security measures are deployed globally.
During this maintenance window, several systems and services may unexpectedly restart, temporarily shut down, or become unavailable without prior notice. These interruptions are expected behavior as emergency patches, infrastructure validations, and security mitigation procedures are applied across the network.
Updates regarding system availability, operational progress, and infrastructure recovery will be continuously published through our official status pages.
This vulnerability was identified internally by THE EPIC CAKE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (TECIT) during ongoing security monitoring and infrastructure analysis procedures.
Our infrastructure, security, and compliance teams remain actively engaged to ensure platform integrity, availability, and protection across all affected environments.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this maintenance period.
